  • What is telematics and fleet management?
    A vehicle telematics system, consists of two parts, a portable device that is placed in the vehicle and a software platform, that enable real time data on the activity of the vehicle. Through GPS technology, the fleet controller, receives information on the position, speed, direction of each vehicle and data via satellite from the GPS receiver unit transmits to a server connected to the GSM network or the Internet.

    The Global Positioning System (GPS) is a space-based radio-navigation system consisting of a cluster of satellites broadcasting navigation signals and a network of ground stations and satellite control stations used for monitoring.
  • What is GPRS service?
    General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a packet oriented mobile data standard on the 2G and 3G cellular communication network's global system for mobile communications.
  • What is GSM?
    The Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) is a common European digital mobile system. and a second generation (2G) cellular digital telephony system that uses electromagnetic signals and the multi-access technique by splitting the available frequency spectrum into a number of channels and dividing them into time slots for signal transmission.
  • How simple is to install the telematics equipment in each vehicle and how long does it take?
    The installation of the telematics equipment is very simple and is carried out by specialized technicians. The average installation time is about 15 minutes, depending on the complexity of the project, the type of vehicle, the number of sensors etc.
  • How does your fleet management service works?
    The device is connected to the vehicle battery and is powered by it. It also has a built-in backup battery that can last up to 18 hours.
  • Do you offer a warranty on your system?

  • What if someone interferes with the installed telematics device?
    The system has functions that alert you to any third-party interference on the installed device.
  • How simple is to track my vehicles using Telenoisis?
    Navigate Telematics', Telenosis application, is web-based and extremely user-friendly platform that can be accessed from any computer or smart mobile device with an internet connection. Just "Login" into your private platform and track your vehicles from wherever you are in Greece or abroad.
  • What is Geofence?
    The Geofence functionality, is a virtual border which you can enter on the map of your application to specify a geographical area for the movement of your vehicle that alerts you, by SMS, e-mail or alarm, as soon as the vehicle moves outside of this area.
  • Is there a monthly cost?
    Yes, there is a monthly mobile cost (GPRS enabled SIM card).
